The Copyright of the Chiefdom protects the intellectual property of the work released by governmental departments and agencies, either by Chiefs, Directors, or civil servants.
The intellectual property of governmental work is entrusted to the Chiefdom itself, and, in cases not applicable, the legal person to whom the work is attributed to. In cases where this is not clear, the work shall be entrusted to a higher common legal person, taking as few steps as are required.
Unless it is specified otherwise, such as being published under the OGL, the Chiefdom grants no right to the redistribution or creation of derivative works from any intellectual property under its name.
